Choose a style
Every style in the catalog has photos, videos from the brand’s Instagram and details. Like it? Save it to favorites with the heart.
Choose a size and tap “Order”
Pick your size using the size chart (XS–XL) on the style page. The style goes to your cart. Price on request: the brand sews in limited runs, so a manager confirms the price and size availability.
Place the order
Enter your name, phone, preferred contact method (phone call, Telegram, Viber or Instagram Direct) your Nova Poshta branch and payment method — a ₴300 prepayment with cash on delivery, or full payment by transfer. If you’re between sizes, add your measurements in the comment.
Manager confirmation
A manager will contact you, help with the size and confirm the price, availability, delivery cost and payment method. Nothing is charged without confirmation.
Delivery
We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine; other methods and international delivery are agreed separately. If an item doesn’t fit, the exchange and return terms apply.

Why are there no prices on the site?
The brand sews in limited runs, so a manager confirms the price and size availability after you order. The order commits you to nothing until you agree on the details.
How do I choose a size?
Compare your bust, waist and hip measurements with the brand’s size chart (XS–XL and One size) — it’s on this page and on every style page. Choose your size on the style page before ordering. If you’re between sizes, send your measurements to a manager in the comment or on Instagram Direct and they’ll advise.
Can you sew to my measurements?
Yes, the brand offers tailoring to your measurements. Message a manager about the style you want. Please note: an item sewn to your individual measurements cannot be returned if it is of proper quality.
How do I pay?
Two ways: a ₴300 prepayment and the rest cash on delivery at Nova Poshta, or full payment by card or bank transfer. A manager will send the details after confirming the order. Nothing is charged on the site automatically.
How much is delivery?
Nova Poshta delivery is charged at the carrier’s rates; a manager will tell you the cost and delivery method when confirming.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the brand ships worldwide. A manager agrees on the international delivery method and cost.
How do I exchange or return an item?
An item of proper quality can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt if it hasn’t been worn and its appearance and tags are intact. The exception is items tailored to your individual measurements. Details are on the “Exchanges and returns” page.
How do I contact the brand?
The fastest way is Instagram Direct @b.m.u.s.e. A manager also replies via the channel you chose at checkout.
